Borescope inspection
We carry our borescope fabrication inspections for an extremely wide range of
industries in an equally wide range of locations including remote and
restricted.
Tubular column inspection
We undertake examination of tubular lighting columns using portable testing
equipment to provide instant results. We measure wall thickness, locate areas of corrosion and plot out defects.
Our technicians first of all measure the thickness of each column, then scan the
area under test and record the results. We can detect corrosion in all its stages from initial to advanced.

Many columns may be old yet still in good condition. Others start to corrode
early in their life, often from the inside working outwards. Columns found to be in poor condition are reported immediately to the local
authority. Testing can be carried out through the paint/wall thickness and readings taken
to within 0.5mm accuracy.
Below ground column inspection
We operate a below-the-ground inspection system that accurately detects and
measures any reduction in the thickness of the column wall due to corrosion or
other causes. Our technicians will inspect the column in the critical zone both above and
below ground level. For deeply planted columns we inspect down to 750mm below ground level.
